Comparative analysis and integration of plant information and database and support for analytical platform

We promote comparative analyses of various plant species with the omics information, and implement the research platform freely accessible to the information. Also, we develop the analytical platform of transcriptomics and metabolomics.

Result of Research

1. Development of PRIMe web which is a web-based service for metabolomics and transcriptomics as systems for understanding of life science.
2. Collection of Soybean (Glycine max) and Salt Cress (Thellungiella halophila) full-length cDNAs and development of their comparative analyses showing the outlines.
3. Construction of a database including various phenotype data using rice cDNA FOX lines of Arabidopsis.
